I'm trying to keep track with the Grandpa/ Grandkids fun, and here are some of the highlights from yesterday...
1. Grandpa built the kids a really nice ladder for their playset. (Olivia and other little friends couldn't get up to the slide without help...) They were so excited, and both have been having great fun playing TOGETHER up there.
2. Martin and Grandpa went on a long bike ride/ walk during Olivia's nap. Martin came back sopping wet because he fell into a mud puddle, but he was excited because he had found a postcard with a fire fighter dousing a fire. Grandpa pulled out a little firefighter figure toy for him when he got home, which Martin promptly lined up with his other new figures from Grandpa and Grandma.
3. We grilled for supper. YYuuummmmmyyyyyy!
